What group sizes do you accommodate?

Ideal group size is 30–50 pilgrims (one full coach). Groups under 30 may carry a small-coach surcharge. Groups over 50 receive a second coach and duplicate guiding team. We have served groups as small as 15 and as large as several hundred.

What is included in the land package cost?
  • 7-night / 8-day accommodation (3-, 4-, or 5-star based on your preference)
  • Half-board meals: breakfast daily plus one group dinner
  • Private, air-conditioned coach transport — airport transfers and all on-tour travel
  • Experienced Christian guide for the full itinerary
  • Entrance fees to all historical, archaeological, and religious sites
  • Morning or evening prayer services arranged with local parishes

Not included: International airfare (unless noted), travel insurance premiums, lunches, personal spending, visa fees.

How do we handle travel visas?

Every booking comes with a destination-specific visa brief. Most visas are e-visa or on-arrival; some (e.g., certain Holy Land permits) require embassy processing. Our team guides you through each step. Government fees are extra and paid directly by participants.

Can we change the trip length?

Yes. Standard pilgrimages run 8–12 days but you can extend or shorten to suit your parish calendar. Custom side trips and extensions are possible — simply mention it during the proposal stage.

What if someone in the group has mobility issues?

Please advise us at least 60 days before departure. Many hotels and sites are wheelchair-accessible. Some historic locations (e.g., Meteora monasteries) involve stairs — we arrange alternative viewing where feasible. Accessible coaches and wheelchairs can be provided on request.

What is the payment schedule?
  • Deposit: 15% of the total land package, due within 7 days of proposal acceptance
  • Final balance: due 90 days before departure
  • Late bookings: reservations made inside 90 days require full payment at time of reservation
